Cost Review
With a BuildZig Cost Review, you will receive a review of the budget feasibility. A BuildZig inspector will conduct a site inspection and compare existing conditions against the proposed budget. You will receive a report consisting of the inspector’s full breakdown. These reports are used for simpler projects like single family homes and land developments. These Cost Review reports can range from $450+.
planning & permits
Feasibility Reports
With a BuildZig Feasibility Report, you will receive a review of the building permit status and budget feasibility. If the project does not have planning approval yet, BuildZig can also provide you with a zoning analysis and a road map to getting planning approval. These reports range from $650-$1500 and are used for simpler projects like single family homes and land developments.
For Complex PROJECTS
PALM Reports
Property Assessment and Liability Mitigation Reports provide a deeper level of analysis than feasibility reports. PALM reports are used to study complex problems and issues faced by development projects of varying sizes and can be prepared for property owners, developers, lenders, or investors. These reports can range anywhere from $1500+ and are used for complex projects like condo conversions and broken construction projects.
